Food Scientist position (one year, renewable)

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Person would be working for the R&D team, directly with a Senior Project Leader. The candidate should develop new planned cereal/pseudocereal flour prototypes (bench scale) and assess biochemical and rheological properties. Key Requirements: at least 3 years Cereal Science experience with a BS degree in Food Science or related science field. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in cereal biochemistry and rheology analysis.

Salary will be defined according with experience.
